The Inwald Survey 2 (IS2) identifies individuals with a disregard for rules and/or societal norms as well as characteristics associated with violent behavior.

The IS2 is used for pre-offer screening in many states. However, in certain states, counties, and municipalities, this test may need to be administered as a conditional-offer assessment. Please check the legal requirements in your area for confirmation. In states where integrity-based test items are prohibited, please order the Inwald Survey 8 (IS8).

Note: The IS2 is a component of the Hilson Background Investigation Inventory-Revised.

“By using a data-driven process rather than gut instincts, we knew we could raise the quality of new hires and show results to senior executives, thereby demonstrating the value of HR to the organization.”
