The 16pf APQ Psychological Report provides the same information as the 16pf APQ Guidance Report, but with the addition of the Life’s Difficulties information in the professional’s section of the report.

The Life’s Difficulties section reports on the adolescent’s answers to questions about:

  • Worry
  • Discouragement
  • Cynicism
  • Violent Feelings
  • Sexual Activity
  • Drug/Alcohol Use
  • Other areas

The items may seem sensitive; however, this report is appropriate to use where any of these areas may be of concern and is well suited to help with adolescents who display greater than normal social and emotional problems, or in the preparation of Individualized Educational Programs.

Generated from the 16pf Adolescent Personality Questionnaire, the report is also useful to practitioners and counselors in their regular interactions with adolescents.

“We are now using the 16pf Career Development Report as a standard part of our executive coaching intake process. Our clients consistently find the report to be insightful and provocative. A discussion of the report invariably illuminates key areas of interest and concern and helps both client and coach focus and prioritize the coaching engagement. The Personal Career Effectiveness Considerations section of the report provides an ideal foundation for career planning discussions and developmental assignments.”
