The Hilson Career Satisfaction Index (HCSI®) identifies stress symptoms, drug/alcohol abuse, and disciplinary history. In the Safety and Security sector, the HCSI is suitable for fitness-for-duty assessment of adults who are currently employed (either full or part-time) and who have been on the job for more than six months.
